FERPA and PRivacy
Students with questions regarding their rights under FERPA can contact the Office of the Registrar.
To apply for certificate completion:
- Download and complete the application.
- Have your academic advisor review and sign the form.
- Your advisor will submit it to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
Certificate awards will appear on your official ±«Óătvtranscript. Physical copies are available from the department where the certificate was completed.
