Current and former students can update their name, address, phone number, personal email, emergency contacts, and church membership by submitting the ​​​​​​ form. Name changes require supporting documentation such as a court order, updated visa or passport, Social Security card, divorce decree, or marriage license.
Current students can request a major change by submitting the . Requests are routed to the appropriate department for approval. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and can view your updated major and advisor in Degree Works.
Students in a traditional program wishing to switch to the Accelerated Degree Program (ADP) must complete this with an advisor.
Students may pursue two majors within the same degree. All requirements for the degree and both majors must be completed. A minor is not required but may be chosen. Complete the Double Major Request in full, obtain all required signatures, and submit it to the Office of the Registrar.
Students are generally not awarded two degrees at the same time. With Provost approval, a student may pursue two degrees concurrently. All coursework for both degrees must be completed, and the second degree must include at least 33 unique credit hours in residence. A minor is not required but may be elected.
