Recurring Payroll Deduction Request (±«ÓãtvFaculty/Staff Only)

±«Óãtvfaculty and staff members can request a recurring biweekly donation to be made directly from payroll. Completion of the form below will serve as an official payroll deduction request benefitting the ±«ÓãtvFood Pantry to Gena McBrain, Payroll Administrator.
