Diplomas
Diplomas will be mailed to graduating students approximately four weeks after degree conferral by , our diploma provider. The diploma will be sent to the address you provided for mailing. If your address has changed and you haven’t updated it with the Registrar’s Office, by the date grades are due to ensure your diploma is sent to the correct location.
Since diplomas may be too large for a standard mailbox, be prepared to pick up your diploma from the local post office if no one is available to accept the package or if there isn’t a suitable place for delivery. You’ll receive a delivery notice in your mailbox if you need to pick up your diploma.
Digital Diplomas
Mississippi College offers a free digital diploma that is available immediately after graduation. This digital version is a fast way to share your achievement with family, friends, and potential employers.
Once your degree is conferred, you’ll receive an email and/or text notification with instructions for claiming your digital diploma. To claim your digital diploma, follow these simple steps:
- Check your ±«Óătvemail and text messages for the award notification.
- Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
- Share your digital diploma via a verified link, or download a secure PDF version.
Your digital diploma will always be accessible through your . You can log in anytime to download or share your diploma.
