±«Óãtv is not a transactional machine shop. Nor are we a broker sending you automated quotes and generic DFM feedback. Our human-first approach is what makes the difference on hardware that gets wiped down, loaded up and pushed down a hallway a dozen times a day.

Our engineers review your designs for the decisions that set unit cost and then stay with the program for the life of the platform. They consider factors such as part count, how much geometry your configurations can share, forming steps and bend complexity, fastener count, weld versus fastened joints, finish and secondary operations, material selection against disinfectant exposure, edge radii and crevice reduction, load paths and stability, cable routing and field serviceability.

That review happens before the quote, because that is when a change is still cheap. Cost problems surface at print review instead of at the third annual price negotiation, and manufacturability problems surface there instead of at first-article rejection.

It also means a named program contact instead of a ticketing queue, an engineer on the phone the same day rather than three quote cycles later, and revision management, lot traceability and inspection packages built into the flow rather than bolted on at the end.
